You can download files from a file repository to your local file storage on the end device.
Please note that your administration may disable the export of content on mobile devices. As an administrator, please read the article Allow file import and export/Share links.
Downloading files from the file storage
In the web/desktop client

Navigate to the file in the file storage that you want to download.

Click the
icon on the right side of the file line.

A menu will open. Click on "Save file locally".
In iOS

Navigate to the file in the file storage that you want to download.

Tap and hold the file.

Tap on “Export”.

Select the location for the file export; this can be another app, or you can select "Save to Files" to save the file to your iPhone.
In Android

Navigate to the file in the file storage that you want to download.

Click on the
icon to the right of the file line.

A menu will open. Scroll all the way down to see all the options. Click on "Save Locally".
Downloading files from a chat history
In the web/desktop client

Navigate to the file in the chat history that you want to download.

Right-click on the file.

A menu will open. Select "Save".
In iOS

Navigate to the file in the chat history that you want to download.

Tap and hold the file.

Tap on “Share”.

Select the location for the file export; this can be another app, or you can select "Save to Files" to save the file to your iPhone.
On Android

Navigate to the file in your chat history that you want to download.

Tap and hold the message.

Tap the
icon in the top right corner.

A menu will open. Select "Save Locally".
