Create webhooks

As a channel manager, you can add webhooks to a channel to automatically write information from other websites into your channel (for example, a notification about an order received in an external system).

For more detailed information on creating a webhook, an information file is available in your client. Here's how to access the creation and information file:

In the web/desktop client

  1. Click on the channel where you are a manager.

  1. Click on Info.svg in the top right corner.

  1. Tap "Webhooks" in the right sidebar.

  1. Tap "Create webhook".

  1. Enter a name. For more information, click "Configure webhooks".

In iOS

  1. Tap the channel where you are the manager.

  1. Tap the channel name.

  1. Tap the Webhooks button.

  1. Tap "Create webhook".

  1. Enter a name. For more information, tap the question mark in the upper right corner.

In Android

  1. Tap on the channel where you are a manager.

  1. Tap on the channel name.

  1. Tap the Webhooks button.

  1. Tap "Create webhook".

  1. Enter a name. For more information, tap Info.svg in the upper right corner.
