The email address can only be changed by the user themselves. After changing the email address, the new address must first be confirmed so that notifications can be received, for example for new messages etc. .
Changing the email address may be prohibited by the administration. If necessary, refer your administrator to the article Additional organizational settings | Berechtigung zur Änderung von Login Daten.
Change email address
Adjustment on Android/iOS:

Tap the
icon in the top left corner to open the menu.

Go to the
settings.

Select "Account."

Tap your email address and then enter the new address.
Adjustment in web/desktop client:

icon in the lower left corner and select "Settings."

You will be taken directly to the "Email" section, where you can change your email address using the top option.
Confirm email address
After following the instructions below, you will receive an email with a link. Clicking on the link confirms the email address. If you encounter any problems, read our support article Confirm email address.

Look at the "Email-Notifications" section. If there is no red box under the "Notifications are not activated" switch, your email is already confirmed. Otherwise, click on "Send confirmation" in the red box.
