Article overview
Every organization has a contact book. This shows all users in the organization with whom you are allowed to communicate.
You can search the list by user name and filter by contact group.
The contact book list entry takes you to a user's profile page. Here, you can view information about the user that has been set up by the administration. From the profile page, you can initiate conversations and make voice and video calls, provided that the corresponding module has been activated.
