You can access the profile pages of individual users via your organization's contact book. Here you can see the status chosen by the user, additional information created by the administration, and you have the option to verify the user, initiate a conversation, and make voice and video calls, provided that the respective module has been activated by the administration.
As an administrator, you can activate the "Voice and video calls" module. Read the article Activate additional tools (Calender, surveys, jitsi-videoconferences and more).

In the web/desktop client

Click
on the left sidebar . -
The "Contacts" view opens. Here you will see a list of all users in your organization with whom you are allowed to communicate. You can search and filter the list.

Alternatively, you can access the profile page by clicking on the user's profile picture.

You have the following options:

The profile picture, username, and status selected by the user are displayed.

Message: Click the button to start a conversation or access an existing conversation.

Audio call: Click the button to start an audio call.

Video call: Click the button to start a video call.

Verify: Click the button to display the user's public encryption key as text. Ask the user to display the key as text on their device under Settings > Encryption > Public Key fingerprint. If both texts match, click on "Verify contact." A green shield will appear in the upper left corner of the verified user's profile picture.

Additional information about the organization, which is set up and entered by the administration, is displayed on the profile page. This could be the department in a company, for example.
