Create and share screen recordings

In the web/desktop client, you can take a screenshot from within the app to send it in conversations or channels.

1. Go to the desired conversation or channel.

2. Click on the paperclip icon at the bottom left of the message field.

3. The "Send files" view opens. Click on "Record screen" in the upper right corner.

4. Select the desired window/screen/tab and, if necessary, grant the required permissions to share the screen content.

5. Click on "Cancel recording" if you want to start a new recording. Click on "Save recording" if you want to send the recording.

6. You can optionally add a message text. Enter it in the message field.

7. Click on the paper airplane icon in the bottom right corner to send the screen recording.
