View statistics

You can view the number of messages sent and the files provided in MB as a time overview for your organization. You can see the total number of messages and file size as well as the created and active accounts in your organization.

1. Click on in the lower left corner.

2. Select "Organization settings".

3. Under the "Organization settings" tab, click on the term "Statistics". Please note that you cannot view the global statistics for all organizations (under the "Global" tab).

4. You can see the total figures in the overview under "Organization in figures". Click on the in the top right-hand corner of the box for detailed information.

5. Below that, you will see two bar charts. The first shows the number of messages sent, and the second shows the size of the files sent. Click on the selection fields at the top left above the charts to edit the time horizon of the charts. You can choose between an annual overview and a weekly view by calendar week.
