Users can be grouped together using contact groups. To learn how to set up contact groups, see the article Setting up contact groups.
Contact groups can be used to restrict communication channels and visibility between users. This allows communication and visibility within an organization to be restricted. For more information, read the article Restrict communication paths between contact groups.
You can edit and delete contact groups. There you can set up a channel in which all members of the contact group are automatically members. If you want to edit channel memberships of a contact group channel, you can only do so via the contact group settings.
