How to invite new users?

If you have the necessary user permission you can invite new users to your organization with the following steps:

• Go into settings.

• Select “Invite users” and start creating a new registration key.

• Choose how long it should be possible to use the registration key and how many users should be able to use it.

• Choose the user role which the users created by the key should have assigned.

• Finish the process by clicking “Create registration code”.

• The registration key will become unusable after the “Activation period” has passed.

Once the key is created you can copy it and send it to the people you want to invite. They can use the key on the login page after selecting “No account yet?”.
