If you receive a message that your email adress is already in use then there already exists an account that is registered with your email adress.

Please use a different email adress for the registration, if you want to create a seperate account.

If you want to use the same email adress because it is your account and you want to be active on another organization, you can merge the accounts. You have to enter your account password to merge the accounts.
