Can conversations be deleted?

It is not possible to delete conversations.

But it is possible to mute the conversation and to archive it with the following steps:

Android & iOS

Tap on the conversation and hold until a menu opens. There you can find the options to mute the conversation and to archive it.

Web/Desktop

Open the conversation and click on the symbol at the top right side next to the .

There you will find the options to mute the conversation and to archive it.
It is also possible to archive the conversation by hovering over it with the mouse and then clik the symbol.
