Why do I not receive an email message when I use the "reset password" option.

If you do not receive an email message to reset your password please check the following:

  • The filled in email adress must be the exact email adress that you used to register.

  • Please check your spam or junk email folder. Because it is sent as a system email, some email providers could mark it as spam.
