Set up synchronized folder in the desktop client

You can set up folder synchronization between a folder on your PC and the file storage in the app in the desktop client.

Please note that the "Folder synchronization" module must first be activated by the administration. As an administrator, please read the article Activate additional tools (Calender, surveys, jitsi-videoconferences and more).

  1. Click on Cloud.svg in the sidebar on the left.

  1. Click on the + in the top right corner next to the search field.

  1. A menu will open. Click on "Sync-Folder".

  1. The "Create Sync-Folder" window will open. Enter the local file path to the folder you want to link to your cloud file storage in the "path/to/folder" field. Alternatively, click on "Choose Folder" and select the folder in your computer's file storage.

  2. Click on "Create Sync". You now have a two-way synchronized folder available in your file storage.
