As an administrator, you can delete all channels in your organization.
Deleting channels cannot be undone. A channel with the same name can be recreated, but all messages will be irrevocably deleted when the channel is deleted.
Delete channels of type "Encrypted," "Password-protected," "Public," and "Organization-wide"

Click on
"Settings".

Click on "Organization settings".

Under the heading "Channel settings", click "Channels".

Here you will find a list of all channels in your organization. You can search and filter the channel list.

Click on the
icon on the right-hand side of the channel you want to delete. -
A menu will appear. Select "Delete channel".

The "Delete channel" window will open, asking you to confirm. Click on "Delete channel" at the bottom right.
Delete contact group channels
Channels that were created as part of a contact group can only be deleted in the settings for that contact group.

Click on the
icon in the lower left corner gear icon at the bottom left and select "Organization settings." -
Select "Contact groups" (2nd from the top).

A list of all created contact groups will now be displayed. Go to the desired contact group and click on the
icon. -
Select "Edit contact group".

Press the "Create channel" button.

Click on "Save" to delete the contact group channel.
