In the main menu bar you also have the following options:

Breakout rooms

Create a separate section for a group of users.
You can move users to breakout rooms, but users can also join/leave them by themselves.

Click the Group.Filled.svg symbol and select “create breakout room” on the right side to create a breakout room. You can rename or delete the breakout room with the grafik-20250422-142550.png symbol next to it.
Hover over a user and select the grafik-20250422-142550.png symbol to move them to a breakout room.

The name for the general video conference space is “Main room”

Security options

Click on the grafik-20250429-100406.png symbol and select “Security Options”.

Here you can activate the Lobby mode, so users who want to join must first be accepted by a moderator before they join.
You can also set a password which then can be used to directly join the video conference, even if the lobby mode should be activated.

End meeting for all

Click on the Phone.Quit.svg symbol and select “End meeting for all”.
All users will be removed from the video conference and they receive a message, that it has been terminated.
Within the initial two hours it would be possible to rejoin the meeting with the invitation links.
