Edit organization data (name, profile picture, email template)

You can edit the name of your organization. You can upload an image for your organization. You can reset the organization image to the Stashcat logo. You can edit the text of email notifications.

Edit organization name and image

1. Click on Settings.

2. Select "Organization Settings".

3. Click on " Organization" in the sidebar under the heading "Organization settings."

4. Enter a new name in the "Name" text field.

5. Click on the image to add a new logo.

6. Your computer's file storage will open for uploading. Select a file.

7. Select the image section. Confirm with "Save picture".

8. Click "Reset to default" to reset the organization's image to the Stashcat logo.

Edit email templates

1. Click on Settings.

2. Select "Organization Settings."

3. In the sidebar, click on “Email-Templates“ under the term "Organization settings".

4. You can edit the following texts in HTML (formatted text) or as unformatted text. To do this, click on the "Edit" button.

   1. Channel notifications: Messages sent in a channel.

   2. Conversation notifications: Messages sent in a conversation.

   3. Email confirmation

   4. Invitation-email: When users are invited to a channel by other users.

   5. Register: When registration links are sent to newly created users.

   6. Password restoration: Email sent via the "Forgot your password?" dialog.

   7. Membership Expiry: Accounts can be created with limited validity. Before expiration, users receive this email.

   8. Login Notification: When a new device is used to access the account, the user is notified.

   9. Auth request: The user receives this email to register a new device.
