Account validity (expiration date)

When creating users with a 10-digit registration key or when editing users it is possible to set an expiration date for the account validity.

When the expiration date is reached the user will be logged off and can no longer log in.
But the account will not be immediately delete. This will happen 14 days after the expiration date, if the account is not reactivated or the account validity is renewed. If the account is reactivated it can be used without a loss.

How to manage the account validity of users

These options are only available in the web-/desktop client.

1. Click on the at the bottom left corner and select “Organization settings”.

2. Select “User” in the left menu.

   1. Edit account validity of one user:

      1. Click on the next to the user.

      2. Select "Edit account validity".

   2. Edit account validity of multiple users:

      1. Select the users or use the filter options to only show specific users. You can select all users by checking the checkbox next to “Users” on the top

      2. Symbols have appeared at the top now and you can click the symbol, to remove the users from your organization.
