When creating users with a 10-digit registration key or when editing users it is possible to set an expiration date for the account validity.
When the expiration date is reached the user will be logged off and can no longer log in.
But the account will not be immediately delete. This will happen 14 days after the expiration date, if the account is not reactivated or the account validity is renewed. If the account is reactivated it can be used without a loss.
How to manage the account validity of users
These options are only available in the web-/desktop client.

Click on the
at the bottom left corner and select “Organization settings”. -
Select “User” in the left menu.

Edit account validity of one user:

Click on the
next to the user. -
Select "Edit account validity".

Edit account validity of multiple users:

Select the users or use the
filter options to only show specific users. You can select all users by checking the checkbox next to “Users” on the top -
Symbols have appeared at the top now and you can click the
symbol, to remove the users from your organization.

Information regarding auto-selection of multiple users with the checkbox next to “user”:
Only 75 users will be shown when opening the page.
To view more users, you need to scroll down so that more users will be loaded gradually.
(You can hover the mouse above the first user and then click your mousewheel to easily scroll to the bottom by moving the mouse down and load all users.)
After every user has been checked automatically you can still un-check single users. Please make sure that no unwanted users are checked.
