Search and filter the contact book

You can search your contact book and filter by contact groups.

In the web/desktop client

  1. Click on Group.svg in the left sidebar.

  1. The "Contacts" view opens. Here you will see a list of all users in your organization with whom you are allowed to communicate.

    1. Click in the search field to search for a contact name. Enter the name or part of a name. Be sure to reset the contact group filters if the user you are looking for does not appear. Click in the box to the right of all the contact groups you want to display and then click "Apply." A marking will then appear next to the Filter.svg icon.

    3. To reset the filter, click on the Filter.svg icon again and click "Reset" at the bottom. Then click "Apply".
