Click on

Enter the name of the survey in the "Survey name" field.

You can schedule the survey: Specify a start and end date for the survey. Once the survey has expired, it will no longer be displayed to users under "Active" but under "Archive". Participation in expired surveys is then no longer possible.

Then click on "Add question" in the lower right corner to edit the survey.

You can add as many questions as you like to a survey. On the left side of the view, you will see a list of the questions you have created. On the right side of the view, you can edit the selected question. To add a question, click on "Add question" at the bottom left. A question can have as many answer options as you like. You can choose whether the answer options are having a text label that you assign or whether the answer options are calender dates. A free text field for participants of the survey to fill out cannot be added.

Enter the question in the "What's the question?" text field.

In the "Kind of question" drop-down menu, select either "Free assignment" or "Date".

Under the term "Answer options", you will find a list of the answer options that have been created. Click on "Add answer option" below. A window will open. Enter the answer option. You can specify a limit on how often the option can be selected. Click on "Save option" at the bottom. To edit answer options, click on the option to open the editing window. To delete answer options, click on the
icon to the right of the option. You must specify at least two options for each question. -
Under "Settings", you can specify how many options may be selected for the question. Click on the selection field to choose between "only one" and "multiple". For "multiple", you can enter the number in the "limit" field to the right.

Click on the
icon next to a question in the question list to delete or duplicate the question. When duplicating, all answer options and settings are also duplicated.

Once you have added at least one question, you can click on "Invite" button at the bottom right to continue editing. You can click "Back to information" to edit the previous view again. The progress of your created questions will be saved.

You can invite either channels or contacts to your survey. Please note that you cannot invite channels and contacts at the same time. You can add more channels or more contacts to the survey by editing it, but you cannot change the type of survey from channels to contacts. Click on "#Channels" or "Contacts" at the top to set the type. Browse the list using the search field. If you invite contacts, you can filter the list by contact groups. To do this, click on the icon to the right of the search field. You must invite at least one user/channel to the survey. If you want to vote yourself, you must also invite yourself to the survey. Once you have invited all users/channels, click on "Confirm”.

You will see an overview of the questions with possible answers. The voting option, the number of participants, and the time limit are displayed. Click on "Add" to confirm.
You can close the survey while editing it by clicking the x in the upper right corner. If you have already created a question, you have the option to save the survey as a draft and complete it at a later time.

Tap and hold a question in the question overview to duplicate the question including its answer options.

Tap the circled pencil icon in the upper right corner to edit the question order and delete questions.

After creating the questions, tap "Continue" at the bottom. You will be taken to the invitation view.

Under "Channels", a list of all channels will open. You can search by tapping "Search". Tap a channel name to invite it to the survey. Confirm by checking the box in the upper right corner.

You can tap the "+ Add Further" field to invite additional channels or users. Please note that you cannot invite channels and contacts at the same time.

10. After inviting users, tap "Continue" at the bottom.
11. You will see all the information you have entered again for confirmation. Tap "Publish" to publish the survey.
