Login with correct password not possible

Problem

After filling in your correct login credentials you are unable to log in and receive the message “Authentication expired…” or “Warning. Authentication of the device has expired…”.

Solution

This message appears when your account has the status “expired” or if you have been removed from the organization on the same day.

Please contact your administration so that your account can be corrected if needed/possible or you can receive a new registration key to register again for your organization.
