Contacts not available or limited

Problem

You are unable to select the “contact” section in the menu or you do not see every contact in it.

Filter

You can use the Filter.svg symbol to de-/activate a filter for the contacts.


Solution

If this problem could not be solved by deactivating the filter it is possible, that your administration has set restrictive settings for your user. This could be set via your user role or if you are member of a restricted contact group.

Because these settings are managed by your administration, we can not adjust it. This can only be done by your administration.

Please contact your administration so they can check if the settings are correct or need to be adjusted.
