Problem
Email adress has not been confirmed although the link/button in the confirmation email message has been opened.
Solution
Please try to manually copy the link and to paste it in a browser to open it directly.
Steps for Android/iOS:

Tap the button in the email message and hold until a menu appears.

Select “Copy URL/link” or similar.

Open the browser of your smartphone, paste the link in the navigation bar and open it.

This should direct you to the login page. You do not have to login there.
This should confirm your email adress.
If this still did not work, please try it again by using a computer.
Steps for computer users:

Right-click the button in the email.

Select “Copy URL/link” or similar.

Open the browser of your computer, paste the link in the navigation bar and open it.

This should direct you to the login page or you will be logged in if you were logged in previously and have selected to “Remember the login”.
This should confirm your email adress.
